Volunteers of America Southeast demonstrates that “there are no limits to caring” through our Faith-Based and Community Resource Center. This center provides training, support, resources, and technical assistance to churches and faith-based organizations seeking to make a difference in their communities. We do this through leadership training, aid in developing or expanding community ministries, assistance with non-profit management, and through Faith Links, an Internet-based initiative.

Training Courses Currently Available:

Faith Links is a web-based network linking churches and other organizations for the purpose of sharing information, training, and ministry opportunities.

These groups are focused on the people in their immediate area and know the needs, values, and resources of their community.  They have access to people and assets.  This enables them to be true first responders in times of disaster, knowledgeable of the types of programs that positively influence the spiritual and physical needs in their area, and particularly suited to provide a unifying, coordinated presence and effort to uplift and serve people in their neighborhoods.  Most are more than willing to share their experience and resources but lack an effective way of communicating those resources or needs.  Faith Links offers a way for groups to work together.
